Posh Nando's

Now I know I need to work on my food photography. My trusty old iPhone 3G needs an upgrade even just for the camera. We stayed in last Saturday night for the first time in ages, watched The Voice, a bit of BGT and then Anchor Man. Very cosy. So I made us something for dinner with a bit of a takeaway feeling. I called this Posh Nando's as I bought their medium Peri Peri sauce and marinated a couple of chicken breasts whilst watching Jessie J & co on BBC1. I cooked the chicken on the griddle pan and added some mini sliced courgettes towards the end and served it all up with some Mediterranean couscous. The Nando's sauce is just hot enough, cost £2.09 from Tesco and resulted in clean plates all round.
