Kung Hei Fat Choi

The wok will be coming out tonight in honour of Chinese New Year. I'm planning on making a vegetarian stir fry with a Szechuan sauce served with chopsticks my friend brought back from her travels.

There are plenty of Chinese recipe ideas on the BBC Food website to get your taste buds going. And if you're in the North West there's a website dedicated to celebrating the year of the rabbit in Manchester.
