Celebrating The Year Of The Rabbit

Here's a photo of the vegetarian stir fry meal I made to celebrate Chinese New Year. It was very simple and packed full of veg in an attempt to ward off all the flu germs that have been going around.






I used:

1 x broccoli
2 x red pepper
1 x pack mange tout
3 x noodle nests
1 x Chinese Szechuan sauce..ready made ;-)

All served and eaten with chopsticks!
