Very easy to make and super tasty! I used an onion, a bag of ready chopped squash, a jug of vegetable stock, a small amount of milk and lots of cracked black pepper. Served with watercress garnish. Delish!
Next on my list is green soup. It will include every green vegetable I can get my hands on to give it a real vitamin punch. I love making soup its such a good way of using up all the veg left in the fridge at the end of the week.
